EVIDENCE OF PONDED WATER THAT LEAKS THROUGH THE UNSEALED RENOVATED and NEW BATHROOM FLOORS IN CONTRAVENTION OF THE BUILDING CONDITIONS & BUILDING CODE of AUSTRALIA, MAKING BUILDING UNDERNEATH IMPOSSIBLE, CREATING AN ELECTRICAL HAZARD and POTENTIALLY ROTTING THE TIMBER FLOORING.
